It's 5:39 am here in Atlanta and there is no point in trying to sleep any longer.

I leave for Germany today to join my friends for several days of Oktoberfest celebration. After more than a year of planning and talking about it, today the trip begins for me. More posts to come for sure, but as this is my first trip to Europe, I can confirm that I have packed the two most important things, besides a healthy liver, for such a trip.
